Advertisements in the Conference Agenda Booklet

Advertising space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to reserve yours now.

• Each conference attendee will receive a conference agenda booklet.

• The conference agenda booklet will be approximately 5.5" x 8.5"

• Advertisements will be accepted in quarter page ($125), half page ($250), and full-page ($500) increments.

• All ads must be provided in PDF format. All ads are done in color unless otherwise noted. Ad specifications will be distributed to a vendor selecting this option.

• Your camera-ready ad and payment must be received by February 28, 2006.

• Ads are provided at no extra cost for the $1,500 (Silver Select) or greater sponsorship level.

Platinum receives a full page ad

Gold receives a half page ad

Silver receives a quarter page ad
