OHECC Sponsorships

The OHECC conference is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors and vendors. If you would like to be a leading sponsor,* please complete the form below. After we process it, we will then send you an invoice for the fee. Payment will need to be received by February 28, 2006.

There are three sponsorship options to consider:

Platinum Premiere Sponsor -- $5,000

• General session recognition on Thursday
• Full page recognition in conference brochure and website
• Recognition for three door prizes
• Choice of sponsorship of one of the following (selected on a first-come, first-served basis):
• Sponsorship of the Keynote Speaker
• Wednesday’s Reception
• Wednesday’s Dinner

Gold Reserve Sponsor -- $3,000

• Half page recognition in conference brochure and website

Silver Select Sponsor -- $1,500
