  • A display area will be available for vendors on Wednesday and Thursday of the conference.
  • Exhibit Booth Space is limited to 18 and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must receive confirmation of booth availability by the Conference Chair after registration. To reserve your spot, complete the 'leading sponsor' section above and fax it to John Ellinger at 614-292-1535. We will then send you an invoice for the fee. Payment must be received by February 28, 2006.
  • Sponsors who contribute $1,500 or more will receive Exhibit Booth Space and two conference registrations for their attendees (three for $5,000 sponsorships). Additional conference registrations are $100 each. Only vendors with displays will be permitted to register for the conference.
  • Each Booth Space includes an area to accommodate an 8' skirted table, electrical outlet, high-speed Internet connection, two chairs, and one waste basket.
  • Set-up is Wednesday, April 19, from 8 to 11 a.m. The conference begins on April 19 with a luncheon. There is no discount for setting-up for only one day.
  • The vendor display areas are located on the second and third floors of Phafl Hall. These are large open areas adjacent to the breakout session rooms. Refreshments breaks will be held in the vendor exhibit areas.
